What is CNG Treated Gas?
- It is a CNG Mixture for high combustion with compound of Methane, Ethane and other Hydro-carbons for Oxy-Fuel cutting which is substitute for Acetylene & LPG.
- It is more environmentally clean and safer than other Gases.
- It does faster and clean jobs of metal cutting, Brazing, Gouging and Flame Hardening.
- It stored & distributed in hard containers, at a normal pressure of 180 - 200 bar.
- Cost significantly less than other Gases.
- It gives better cutting performance than Acetylene.

Brazing
- Flame is clean in such a way zero porous bond is produced
- No finishing required in brazing copper to copper, using flux, as the surface of the heated metal is clean and shiny.
Flame Hardenting
- Faster flame hardening due to high temperature,
- Superior heat transfer properties and stability of CNG.
- Permits greater line pressure for an enlarged flame.

|
Cutting
- Cut steel faster than other gases.
- Less carbon slag and no weld-back due to complete oxidation, hotter flame.
- Little or no grinding required after cutting.
Gouging
- Quality speed gouging operations.
- Less slag and weld-back free gouging process with parent metal exposed ready for welding.

Benefits of CNG Treated Gas
- Environmental friendly (No sulphur contain that such can be happened in other fuel gas)
- Much safer than other fuel Gas in the event of spill or leakage.
- Quicker start time due to concentrated of high temperature.
- Improve the efficiency of work
- 5 – 10 % faster cutting speeds on straight cutting.
- 10 – 20 % faster cutting speeds on shape cutting.
- Extremely clean burning with very less carbon (complete combustion)
- Less carbon.
- Use maximum 98% volume of container.
